People Inc. HR is an extremely comprehensive, benefit packed HR Software system. It is designed to meet the needs of companies of a variety of sizes from Small business with less than 30 employees, through to Enterprise level companies with Ten’s of Thousands of employees.

Employee Self Service (ESS)

The People Inc. Employee Self Service module is a configurable web-based tool that enables line managers and employees to access a pre-determined selection of information held within the People Inc. database. It then provides tools so they can contribute and manage this information where appropriate for example with Absence Management.

It is designed to help make the HR department more productive and efficient by providing a mechanism to automate many common day to day processes (referred to as Workflows) which are typically very time consuming.

Web Recruitment

The online recruitment module for People Inc. allows users to quickly publish vacancies to their company website so that applicants can apply online. The information applicants provide via the online application form feeds directly into the Applicants screen on People Inc. therefore saving hours of painstakingly manually adding applicant details.

The built in Vacancy and Applicant area within People Inc. than then be used to manage the recruitment process for the applicants for each vacancy

People Inc. Time

Designed to enable users to schedule work-patterns and manage employee timekeeping, People Inc. Time combines hardware and software elements to provide a fully featured Time & Attendance system that fully integrates directly into the People Inc. HR System.

With the additional benefits of the HR functionality from People Inc. and an Employee Self Service module, People Inc. Time is powerful, flexible, up-to-date and cost-effective to help manage your companies Time and Attendance.
