Annual Pay Review Process Webinar
This People Inc., Annual Pay Review Process webinar explains how People Inc Users can update employee Salary records using the new pay review wizard.
This wizard allows the user to select which employees the new pay will affect and will then create a provisional pay record for the select employees.
The proposed pay changes can then be reviewed and approved by managers via the Employee Self Service module or via an XML export. Final review and approval is then carried out by HR before confirming the new salary changes using a specifically designed Recalculate Salary Records tool.
Using the built in mail merge functionality within People Inc. employees can be sent letters notifying them of the changes.
