For many companies we are almost at the end of the current holiday year and therefore need to prepare for next year by ensuring employees have used up this years entitlements and calculating their entitlements for next year.

- Basic entitlement for the new year
- Increase entitlement based on length of service (if required)
- Carry Over of unused days from previous year
- Time off in Lieu for the new year
