Managing the Holiday Year End within People Inc. – Webinar

For many companies we are almost at the end of the current holiday year and therefore need to prepare for next year by ensuring employees have used up this years entitlements and calculating their entitlements for next year.

This webinar looks at how to make you holiday year end process quick and easy using built in functionality such as the Recalculate Absence Allowance Wizard that calculates the following

  1. Basic entitlement for the new year
  2. Increase entitlement based on length of service (if required)
  3. Carry Over of unused days from previous year
  4. Time off in Lieu for the new year
  5. Employee Birthday Allowance (if applicable)
