People Inc. Support

Our aim is to ensure you receive the best service and support possible. To do this provide a variety of services to help support you with your People Inc. HR Software whether it be assistance with a technical query or advice on how to get more from People Inc.

People Inc HR Software Help-desk

Our telephone based help-desk service is free as part of your annual maintenance. We log all calls onto our support system so we can keep track of the progress of your query. Our help-desk operators are available between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

The help-desks primary function is to assist with technical issues with the standard People Inc. functionality. This includes:

  • Advice on technical system requirements, installation and configuration
  • Queries on the standard functionality in the system including standard Letter and Report Templates
  • Assistance and resolution with any technical issues identified by the client
  • Brief advice on what is possible to achieve with the report and screen designer tools to further enhance People Inc.

In addition to our fully trained team, we are supported by P&A Software’s own technical help-desk. In the situation where a technical issue that cannot be resolved by one of our team, we can escalate the issue immediately to ensure a fast response.

Online HR Software Support

We use Team Viewer to provide an on-line support function. This is where we can securely connect to your PC via the internet. Through this method we can also provide demonstrations or make changes to your system directly to save time. You may need to check with your IT department to ensure Team Viewer will work within your organisation.

 

Onsite HR Software Support

Onsite support will be provided at AgathonHR’s discretion, should a query not be resolved by telephone, email or remote log-in and such days maybe chargeable unless it is clear the issues is relating to a technical issue with the standard People Inc. Software.

 

Vizual Personnel Manager/Personnel Director Support

Due to the fact that there will be no further releases for Personnel Director or Personnel Manager, we can offer annual Software Support contracts which are competitively priced as we will no longer be able to ship latest versions, therefore allowing us to reduce costs.

Customers can then draw upon our 20 years of experience working on Vizual’s Personnel Manager and Personnel Director HR Software to help customers solve problems or answer simple queries, such as ‘why have my letter templates disappeared’.
