People Inc. Active Telephone Directory Webinar
This People Inc., Active Phone Directory webinar explains how People Inc Users can save time by having a centralised staff directory that not only displays useful contact information but also shows employees current availability.
The Active Telephone Directory takes data directly from People Inc. so there is no need for creating and manually maintaining separate company phone lists. Also employee list automatically shows the availability of individual employees (based on the holiday and absence information for the current day – as recorded in People Inc.). Availability can be shown via an icon such as tick/cross as shown in the example above, and this is updated automatically overnight so that it is correct the next day
In addition to this, the availability information can be overridden (to say that you are available if the system shows that you are not – and visa-versa) – by clicking on the tick/cross
Our webinars can be attended by anyone for free. We use Team Viewer for sharing our webinars. A Team Viewer invite will be sent out shortly before the Webinar is due to start to all registered attendees.
